Politique d’expédition

We aim to process your order within 1 business day after you place the order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Any orders placed at the weekends will be processed the next working day. When your parcel is dispatched we will send you our email confirmation along with your delivery information.

We do manufacture all our goods and sometimes items do go out of stock between the time your order is placed and the time it is processed. If a delay is to be greater than 7 days, you will receive an email notifying you of the delay.

We use Royal Mail 48 hour service for smaller parcels (up to 2kg) and UK delivery service for larger items. If you NEED IT URGENTLY you can upgrade your postage on smaller parcels weighing up to 2kg.  If your order weighs in excess of 2kg please call us on 01225742141 and ask for priority service - if we can help we will.
